Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through zumipaws.com (“Site”) and forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the United States only.
We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or U.S. territories unless expressly stated otherwise on the checkout page.
2. Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
In case of high order volume or stock issues, processing may take longer. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you by email.
3. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times
We work with different fulfillment partners and warehouses.
Some products are shipped directly from our central warehouses in the USA. For these items, estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier performance.
Other products are shipped from our international partners, including overseas warehouses. For these items, estimated delivery time to the USA is usually 10–25 business days after dispatch, depending on the shipping method and destination.
The exact shipping option and estimated delivery window for your order will be shown at checkout whenever possible. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to, for example, customs inspections, carrier delays, peak seasons, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Tracking
Whenever possible, we provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Tracking information may take several days to update after dispatch.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, you are responsible for checking with household members, neighbors, and your local post office or carrier before contacting us.
5. Shipping fees
Shipping fees (if any) are displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
All prices and fees are shown in the currency indicated on the Site at checkout.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions; such offers apply only when clearly indicated on the Site and may be subject to conditions (minimum order value, limited time period, etc.).
6. Customs, duties and taxes
Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by U.S. authorities.
Such charges, if applicable, are your responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee shown at checkout.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
7. Incorrect or incomplete address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned to us or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend it or offer a refund minus original shipping and handling costs (where applicable).
We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by you.
8. Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If your order appears to be significantly delayed (for example, not delivered within 45 business days after dispatch for international shipments), please contact us at zumipaws.info@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
A shipment will not be considered lost before a minimum period has elapsed, in line with carrier and fulfillment‑partner policies.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will, at our discretion, either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, as well as your order number.
9. Separate shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses (including both U.S. and international warehouses) and arrive in different packages and on different dates.
This does not affect the total shipping cost charged at checkout.
10. Changes to this Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of the Site and placement of orders after such changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Shipping Policy.
